It's a competent fan film that plays it frustratingly straight—all the Star Wars beats, none of the subversion. Even with a bounty hunter protagonist, there's nothing here that makes me say 'wait, WHAT?' just 'wait, haven't I seen this before?'
The theatrical staging of a spaceport confrontation shows formal ambition, but without the pedigree or tradition-aware rigor that would justify the genre exercise—it lands somewhere between homage and pastiche without earning either.
Raunio makes the decisive choice to strip away the usual Star Wars spectacle and trap us in a claustrophobic bar standoff, letting the tension live in close quarters and character rather than effects—that constraint-as-strength move is what transforms fanfilm impulse into something that actually breathes.
