Bulit is a person with a different sensitivity that makes him see things that others do not appreciate and do not understand; he has his own ideas and can contribute great things to this world, in an animated short in which children with autism have redrawn and voiced its characters.

The scouts
The premise feels engineered for applause—neurodivergent kids redrawing a story about neurodivergence—but the film mostly plays it safe, settling into conventional uplift rather than actually *showing* us the perceptual strangeness Bulit supposedly experiences.
A formally considerate piece that understands the weight of representation; the decision to center autistic children as co-creators positions this within a lineage of participatory and socially conscious animation, even if the visual execution doesn't quite transcend its educational framework.
The masterstroke is letting the children's redrawings *be* the character design—that single choice of visual syntax, naive and unselfconscious, transforms what could've been a PSA into something genuinely alive and tactile in a way a 'professional' aesthetic never would've achieved.
