The scouts
A German-Israeli animated short asking whether you'd commit to someone who becomes an evil butterfly — I respect any film that treats that question with the gravity it deserves.
Dvir builds an entire eight-minute fable around one absurdist romantic litmus test — Hedgehog in the Fog tenderness with a queer-coded edge. A modest, sweetly committed conceit.
"Would you marry me if I became an evil butterfly" as the entire eight-minute structural premise — single-question short with romantic-fairytale visual register. Compact and committed.
