The scouts
A woman falls in a pit and meets a lonely man — the film's utter refusal to justify itself is exactly why I want it in the vault.
A woman trapped in a pit with a lonely man, played as both horror and comedy, no resolution — minimalist enough to either become a tiny masterpiece or evaporate. The Hertzfeldt/Firth/Robert Morgan range is wide; I'd want to see which end this lands on.
Carter Amelia Davis animating herself and Brian Fiddyment stuck in a pit with no exit and no explanation — the lack of resolution is the joke and the dread. Sounds like prime 366 Weird Movies fodder.
