Genres: comedy, drama, experimental
Tones: absurdist, contemplative, surreal
A woman returns home from a trip to find her place subtly, then alarmingly, different. The film keeps cutting around the things she — and we — should probably have noticed.

Felker makes the edit the villain — a structural prank that most experimental shorts gesture at and then chicken out of. She doesn't chicken out.
Lori Felker makes the edit the protagonist's antagonist — cuts as cognitive slippage, Klahr by way of Kaufman shrunk to apartment scale. Structural play that earns its conceit.
Edit-as-subject is the kind of formal premise that's easy to overpitch, but staging the cuts themselves as the source of disorientation has a real Borges-by-way-of-deadpan-comedy potential.
