In a strange city, a muse inhabits a non-place, observed and manipulated while the non-ritual becomes ritualized.

A muse as passive object in a non-place—sounds like the kind of conceptual setup that should be insufferable, but Prado's actually using the constraint to dismantle observation itself, which is deliciously antagonistic to how we usually consume the image.
Prado positions this within a lineage of phenomenological cinema and Brechtian distance, where the ritualization of non-ritual becomes a formal argument about spectatorship and the body as text—8 minutes of rigorously composed refusal.
The decision to keep the muse static while the frame and framing contract around her does all the work: it's not about virtuosic camera movement, it's about what happens to presence when observation becomes the only action, and that restraint is what makes it breathe.
