Directed by Ezu Kalipo
Genres: fantasy, horror, thriller
In the 1950s, three sisters who practised witchcraft with children vanished, and their adjoining houses were sealed. Decades later one door opens, drawing a man fleeing city stress into a house whose energy will not let him leave alone.

The scouts
A sequel to an obscure micro-horror that somehow deepens its own logic instead of cashing it in — the premise pivots from the witches themselves to the *house* as the real antagonist, which is genuinely perverse. Most people wouldn't even know the first one exists; Felix loves that.
The film sits comfortably in the lineage of Latin American gothic and folk-horror traditions, with a deliberate pacing and mise-en-scène that recalls Óscar A. Cruz and early Guillermo del Toro; the craft is assured but the narrative feels more concerned with atmosphere than architecture.
The sealing of the doors becomes a visual language that Kalipo uses with restraint — each opening is staged like a threshold the camera itself resists crossing, and that formal hesitation does more work than any jump scare could.
