An abstract animated meditation in which quivering geometric line drawings burst into color, born as a personal relaxation exercise after film-school graduation.

The scouts
A three-minute color-field animation that emerged from the director's own wind-down ritual—so genuinely personal it almost feels like watching someone else's meditation app, which is either the bravest or most solipsistic thing I've seen all month.
Moy's quivering geometries and deliberate chromatic unfurling sit comfortably within the lineage of structural animation and expanded cinema, where the formal choice to let abstraction breathe becomes the film's entire ethical argument.
The decision to anchor the visual abstraction in the artist's own breath-work—that the animation IS the relaxation exercise, not just documentation of it—transforms what could've been decoration into something that actually lands.
Reviews
The minimalistic animation style came out of this idea I had to allow the content of the film act as the form of the film, at the same time. I think the sense of ease that people feel when watching the piece is a result of allowing the art of animation to speak for itself.
