Early Theo Anthony before Rat Film changed the conversation about him — you can already see his instinct to treat collaboration as a form of collective inquiry rather than directorial control. Ghostly International was the right label for this.
Ghostly International, Theo Anthony directing, dancer ensemble. The right people in the right room — but that's three years before Anthony's All Light Everywhere, and you can feel him still figuring it out.
Theo Anthony assembles a properly inter-disciplinary cast — dancers, performers, visual artists — and treats the Ghostly commission as a real collaboration rather than a director's calling card. The roster alone is the case.
