A premise this dumb—diversify your dating portfolio like it's a stock market—should be DOA, but Galán's refusal to wink at the camera or resolve it neatly almost makes the stupidity charming; almost.
The film sits comfortably in the European romantic comedy tradition without interrogating it, playing the expected beats with competence but little formal invention or perspective that would anchor it in conversation.
What saves this from being a forgettable night-out rom-com is the tonal choice to let Adrián's delusion persist without correction—that refusal to puncture the fantasy is the single decision that gives the whimsy its teeth.
