Nature documentary voice, Brooklyn guy in lieu of primate. The straight face is the whole joke and it absolutely lands.
Mock-nature-documentary as Brooklyn satire with posh British narration — the device is borrowed (from Attenborough through Wes Anderson) but a reliable engine when committed to.
A posh British nature-doc narrator deadpan-comparing a Southeast Asian monkey to an awkward Brooklyn man — at 6 minutes this is the perfect runtime for a one-joke conceit executed with full Planet Earth commitment.
