Directed by Doron Max Hagay

The scouts
Every artist short flatters the artist. This one drags him into a coffee shop and lets a stranger gut him — that's the correct ratio of pity to mockery.
Cafe-table criticism as the entire dramatic engine — Comedy / John Wilson deadpan Brooklyn discomfort miniaturized. Slight but well-placed.
Cafe-table criticism as the entire dramatic engine — Barats and Tisher both writing and starring suggests the deadpan is tuned. The Funny Farm Friends intro song detail is exactly the kind of cringe I want.
Reviews
silly fun but also satirizes the plight of the self-serious artist, and the perceptions of artistic endeavors from those outside a supportive bubble
