Bootleg field-recording cartel undone by audible cookie chewing. Hi-8 hangout movie about microphones. No really, WATCH this.
Tynan DeLong has been quietly building one of the more distinctive sensibilities in this scene — psychedelic field-recordists comedy is exactly the register where his looseness becomes form.
Field-recordist bootleggers selling $30 tapes of birds chirping and mac-and-cheese being stirred until cookie-chewing contamination threatens the operation — the snack-sabotage premise is so specifically Tynan DeLong that I'm already in.
