Nine hundred pounds. Of weed. On a 1968 commercial flight. The title is the pitch, the pitch is the whole movie, and I respect a doc that doesn't pretend otherwise.
Animated oral-history smuggling caper as Drunk-History-with-actual-contraband — pleasant but the page summary is thin and the conceit isn't formally surprising.
Documentary smuggling story told through animation that doubles as character witness — 900 lbs of weed in 1968 is already a story, the animation choice elevates it. Trust the form here.
