The life of Paul, a homeless man, is turned upside down by an incongruous encounter.

Two minutes about a homeless man's life getting flipped by some vague 'incongruous encounter'—sounds like exactly the kind of well-meaning uplift narrative that makes me want to scream. Unless Zaou does something genuinely weird with it, this is Hallmark-card humanism dressed up as cinema.
Zaou's restraint in a 2-minute form suggests a filmmaker aware of how much weight contemplative pacing can carry; the tenderness here feels earned through formal discipline rather than emotional manipulation, even if the premise itself lands in familiar territory.
In 120 seconds Zaou has to make us believe in Paul's entire world and the rupture of this encounter—the real work is in whatever single choice of framing, sound design, or performance timing transforms 'incongruous' from premise into felt experience, and that's where the film either becomes invisible craft or falls apart.
