Inside different homes, people's real stories turn out to be far removed from the first impressions and appearances on which society bases its prejudices.

It's a competent PSA about prejudice dressed up as cinema—the kind of well-meaning short that confirms what audiences already believe, which is precisely the opposite of subversion.
López finds real precision in the structure here: each domestic vignette is formally composed to complicate our initial read, a tonal architecture that recalls the best of mid-2000s European short form and earns its contemplative register through deliberate compositional choice rather than sentiment.
The hinge is the editing rhythm between exterior assumptions and interior revelation—there's a specific cut or held moment in each home that shifts the entire moral weight, and López trusts the audience to feel that spatial and temporal breath without spelling it out.
