Tones: absurdist, humorous, whimsical

Conner O'Malley as hotel staff is reason enough — but the slow drift from checkout anxiety into wallpapered purgatory is the real trick. Kafka if Kafka had a really nice score.
Hotel-room-as-purgatory with shifting dream logic — closer to Charlie Kaufman than to a sketch, if Dan Arnés has the patience for it.
A hotel checkout slowly mutating into a soft dream-logic prison with Conner O'Malley voicing the Concierge — Tynan DeLong's surreal Kafka-with-pretty-wallpaper is exactly the comfort-zone I want him in.
