It's a motion-capture demonstration dressed up in Lord of the Rings cosplay—competent but fundamentally promotional, which means it's exactly the kind of thing I'd skip past on a platform where everything else is also trying to sell you something.
Gorski and Pueringer's technical execution is undeniably precise, but the work sits outside the lineage of narrative cinema that gives short films their argumentative weight—it's showcase rather than statement.
The choreography and mocap integration here is genuinely sophisticated, and the decision to build character through pure kinetic brutality—no dialogue, no exposition—elevates what could've been a flat demo into something with real presence and intention.
