It's a competent metafilm about the writing process mining heartbreak for material — solid premise, but everyone's doing the reality/fiction bleed now, and Sin título doesn't twist the knife hard enough to make you actually uncomfortable with the narcissism at its center.
The alternation between lived experience and fictional rendering is executed with formal precision, situating the film in a lineage of autofiction and the Nouvelle Vague's meditation on cinema as lived confession — the editing rhythm between these registers is the film's real argument about what writing costs.
The decision to let the relationship footage breathe in handheld naturalism while the 'writing' sequences fracture into something more constructed creates a visual grammar that doesn't need to announce itself — that asymmetry in texture is what sells the whole premise.
