A Miranda-July-deadpan cosmic Rube Goldberg between a nun and a makeup artist sounds delightful on paper; the whimsy ceiling worries me a little but I'm in.
The nun-with-a-puppy-in-her-bag detail tells me this one is committing to its bit, and the matching-t-shirt cosmic-coincidence engine has real charm. Could tip twee, but the absurdist groceries are doing work.
